Brigadeiro - Brazilian Treat

INGREDIENTS:
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 tbs butter
2 tbs cocoa powder (I prefer Nestle or Girardhelli)
chocolate sprinkles
small paper cups
Optional: vanilla extract, or orange extract, or almod extract.
DIRECTIONS:
Mix condensed milk, butter and cocoa powder in a saucepan and cook over low heat, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon. You will know it is ready when the bottom of the pan starts to show when you scrape it with the wooden spoon. Also you will notice the mixture should have become thicker. That is when it is ready. Don't let it become too thick though. Add the preferred extract now if you wish so. You will let it cool on the refrigerator. After that, greese the palm of your hand with just a little bit of butter and roll 1 teaspoon of the hardned brigadeiro into a tiny ball. Roll each ball in chocolate sprinkles and place it in a small paper cup. Fill a whole dish with it and have fun!
